[Trading Conditions] Why was my order executed at a different price than the one I requested (slippage)?

ActivTrades endeavours to offer accurate real time charts that represent the best available bid/ask prices at any given moment.

However, in certain market environments execution may temporarily differ from the prices shown. This can take place during times of high volatility and/or low liquidity, such as when highly impactful news is taking place, during the release of economic data, or at market opens/closes. Slippage is a normal part of trading and can sometimes work in your favour.

We do everything in our power to minimise it and always ensure that your orders are executed at the requested price or better.
