If you no longer have the card, you must inform us and send proof of cancellation. To cancel your card from the system, the AML Anti-Money Laundering law requires proof of cancellation. The following are acceptable proofs:

Official bank email informing you that the card was canceled.

Bank letterhead informing you that the card was canceled.

Screenshot of a computer screen (not a mobile app) showing that the card was canceled.
Once your card is canceled in our system, you can withdraw the funds to a bank account in the country where the funds deposited from the canceled card originated.
