If you already have a simulator (demo account) with us, your data is stored in your Client Area on our website. You can check your details at any time, such as the Simulator expiration date, account number, platform, password, leverage, and even change your account password. See the procedure below:

Access our website and Login.

Once you've accessed your Client Area, check the "Manage Trading Simulators" option in the "Accounts" section.

Select the account you want to verify the data for.

You will verify access data such as account number (login), password, platform, server, creation date, and expiration date.
Password change

On the right side of the screen, you'll find the Reset Password option.

Simply enter and confirm your new password, then click Change Password to change your simulator password.
