[Registration Help] How can I sign up for an account with ActivTrades?

regnonreg.pngOpening an account with ActivTrades is easy. The first time you visit our homepage, you'll be asked which regulatory region you would like to be under, and be provided with a short list of the differences between jurisdictions. Once you have made this choice, you can press any of the “Start Trading Now” button on the homepage in order to be directed to our registration form and begin the account setup process. The first step of the form is the easiest, simply enter your name, email, phone number, and select a password. This registers your basic account with us. However, in order to be able to trade live you will be required to follow several more steps. The next step of the registration process involves providing your date of birth, nationality, and address. Simply press "Next Step" once you have entered this information in order to proceed to the mini trading experience quiz. As part of our regulatory requirements, potential clients must be asked to complete a short trading experience quiz, in order to gauge their suitability for the products we offer. Simply select your answer to each question from the available options and press "Next Step" when you are ready to proceed. Financial and Account Information is the last step of the registration process before you get to select your trading platform and navigate to your Personal Area. Simply answer the provided questions as honestly as possible and press "Next Step" to proceed to Trading Account Setup. Finally, the time has come to select your trading platform. You can choose between MT4, MT5, and our own ActivTrader platform at this stage, as well as selecting the currency that you would like your account to be in. With this done, simply read and confirm the declaration and press "Submit" in order to complete your account registration. With your account created, you are automatically taken to the Client Verification page, where you can submit your proof-of-identification and proof-of-address documents. This step can be skipped if you do not have this information to hand, but please be advised that you will not be able to trade live until you have completed this step. Whether you upload your documents or choose to skip this step, next you will be taken to your Personal Area. personal.pngYour Personal Area is where you can manage all areas of your account. From here you can make deposits and withdrawals, open new trading accounts for use on our other available platforms, open demo accounts for practicing your strategies, download our available platforms, access available trading tools, and more. Congratulations! You are now the proud owner of an ActivTrades account. Welcome to the family! Related Articles Can I withdraw if I still have open positions? How can I make a deposit? [Demo] How to create your first demo account?

Trading simulators allow you to trade with virtual money all the assets available in a real trading account. Trading simulators are capable of replicating the real trading environment with near-100% accuracy. The difference lies in the fact that simulated execution does not reflect the actual market liquidity. Which platform to use? MetaTrader 4: Trading simulators for MT4 platforms offer instruments such as Spot Exchange, Indices, and Commodities. Stocks or ETFs cannot be traded. All MT4 demo accounts are already hedged by default. MetaTrader 5: Trading simulators for MT5 platforms offer instruments such as Spot Exchange, Indices, Government Debt, Commodities, ADRs of American and Global Stocks, Portuguese Stocks, and ETFs. Accounts are netted, but hedging can be activated upon request. ActivTrader: The ActivTrader platform is fully online and can be used on any web browser or mobile phone. Trading simulators offer instruments such as Spot Exchange, Government Debt Indices, Commodities, ADRs of American and Global Stocks, Portuguese Stocks, and ETFs. How to create the first trading simulator? - Visit the ActivTrades website - Click on Free Trading Simulator. - Choose the platform you want to train on. Remember that MetaTrader 4 does not allow you to train on Stock Derivatives, while the others do. Click on Test Now. - Then fill out the registration form with the information to receive our email with the demo account details, then click on Register. - You will receive an email from us to confirm your registration and receive the simulator data.
